The people who don’t know how to behave in certain areas have only themselves to blame.
Once again a good example. I have been warned about Brazil many times. When you are on the streets and you are seen as a gringo, it can happen quickly that you are robbed.
Behind these statements is usually nothing but fear mongering. Of course you should not walk through downtown where the streets partly remind of Gotham City from batman and still wear your fat golden Rolex on your arm.
