The purchase of a work of art is often associated with high costs. Therefore, it is understandable if the one or the other question should arise.

Since most NFTs are 99% marketing and are used for money laundering, I clearly stay away from this.

I do not want in any way that my art is brought in connection with such activities.

As long as no clear regulations are created regarding Non Fungle Tokens, I will not offer them or trade them in any way.

I ask for your understanding and patience.

The default color for the frames is black. If you prefer an alternative, please note it in the order.

To be precise, these are digital C-Prints on Baryta MJ (Matte) paper.

Depending on the size, the canvases have a wedge frame between 2 cm – 4 cm (0,787 in – 1,574 in)

The signatures are usually always on the back of each print or artwork. On request, signatures can also be placed on the front side, if necessary.

The color of your print may differ from the color reproduction of a particular computer monitor because all computers are calibrated differently. Computers are also backlit, which can affect the brightness level of an image.

To make a long story short… NO! Prints & Artworks are for personal usage only, intended for display in the home or other private spaces. For all other uses, such as display in public spaces or institutions, publishing the image online or in print, or any other form of usage, permission must be granted by the artist.

Here are a few quick facts about this speculative “internet money” that most have never really dealt with.

Bitcoin is not anonymous, it is pseudonymous!

In the beginning, this currency was often used in the darknet for payment, which has already been the undoing of many, because each transaction is traceable and it is therefore not suitable for criminal activities.

Bitcoin mining (which includes transactions) is already powered by 56,2% renewable energy. This network is more environmentally friendly than most media reports, which has already been confirmed by numerous sources. Cambridge University has also already published a detailed report on this.

If you prefer to pay with Bitcoin, I will try to fulfill this wish in consultation with my tax advisor.

A part of this income will be donated to aid organizations that already accept Bitcoin and work for human rights in places where help is really needed.

Shipping & Customs

After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see an order confirmation in your inbox.

Different production times apply depending on the artwork. We do our best to ship your order to you as fast as we can. In some cases, some works are already produced and in stock so that they can be shipped immediately.

Approximate delivery time is usually 4-7 days for souvenirs and 2-4 weeks for artwork and books.

If a product arrives damaged, you must keep all original packaging material for insurance purposes. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt via email. Send us a description of the damage, and please include photos of the damaged areas if possible.

If your order is placed in USD, taxes, customs and duties (where relevant) are not included in the listed price.

If your order is placed in EUR, taxes and applicable customs fees are included in the listed price.

For orders in USD: Myself (Linus Ma) and the Shop is not responsible for and cannot offer advice on import fees, duties, customs or taxes that you may be charged when your order reaches you. Please consult your local government import office with any questions.

All orders are shipped from Germany. It can occasionally happen that certain service providers do not update the status of cross-border shipments and the shipment number changes.

Returns & Refund Policy

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your account. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be processed.

If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please use the contact form to get in touch. You will need to pay for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for your exchanged product to arrive.

If a return has been approved by the mangament you will receive an email with the confirmation.

The customer bears all costs for the return of the item. Any costs incurred will not be refunded!

The policy for the Shop (linusma.com) is applicable for 14 days after order is received. If 14+ days have gone by since receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded. Only the amount of the respective product.
